Refund and Returns Policy

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in an unused condition with equivilent weights / size / portion / use matching that of an order and unopened and undamaged seals where possible.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at support@foundationofearth.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address (Contact us for returns our return address is not known to anyone even that on our parcels is not our accurate address)

Please note, as of 1/3/23 we will cover return postage fee for recorded delivery (providing you have provided us with proof it has been posted) this will be refunded upon the refund of your order being processed and the goods being inspected.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Specific requests initiated by the customer that is not available to all other customers via stock on the store, the customer may be informed prior to ordering if the product is exempt from our returns policy.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Undelivered parcels

  1. If you place an order and pay, you will receive a tracking number once we post your parcel, this is used to confirm the status of all parcels, we do not send anything untracked, even if we do not provide you with that tracking number for whatever reason we keep records for 3 months.

    1a – If you do not get any delivery attempts within 14 working days (this will go back to 7 working days once strikes are over) we will attempt again to send out a replacement parcel with the contents you ordered free of charge and we consider the first ordered and posted item as siezed.

    1aa – If you recieve both parcels, then you are entitled to keep both for free without extra payment, if only a replacement appears our contractual obligations are then fufilled.
  2. . If delivery is attempted and you have missed it multiple times, this is not our problem you know you were expecting a parcel from us and should of made preperations prior to ordering.
    2a. it is returned to sender – this is classed as recieved as our return address is not in our control that is displayed on postage parcels delivered to you.
    2b.If it is siezed or no more delivery attempts due to you missing parcels – this is also classed as recieved and no further parcels will be sent out you will have to rebuy the products.
  3. If our replacement parcel also is siezed after posting it, we will issue a full refund for the original order value and unfortunatly have issues in your particular area (we have yet to encounter this stage in over 5 years)
