Are you passionate about gardening, sustainability, and fostering a sense of community? We have an exciting opportunity for you! THCBD is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Volunteer Manager for our Free Seeds Program. 🌻

Roles available:
🌿 T.R.E.E’S Management:

  • Implement and create educational content appropriate for 13 years or older.
  • Engage with local schools, Youth Clubs etc to implement and provide education content.

🌱 Social Media Management:

  • Develop and promote Foundation of Earth across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with influencers and gardening communities to increase awareness.
  • Create engaging content for pages
  • Manage team of moderators

🌿 Sales Management:

  • Create / Expand various products we offer.
  • Manage sales across multiple platforms.
  • Promote amazing standards and services.
  • Organise Financials relating to the costs of manufacturing to profit generations

🌱 Grant Management:

  • Apply for various funding and grants that is suitable for our aims and we meet requirements.

🌿 Free Seed Kit Management:

  • Create / Expand various free services we offer with limited budgets.
  • Manage promotions and advertisements across multiple platforms.

🌱 Volunteer Coordination Management:

  • Recruit and manage volunteers to support various aspects of THCBD Farms Foundation of Earth.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Ensure data is collected with respects to appropiate laws regarding volunteering and jobs.
  • On-board all new volunteers providing basic training required for our software and website services ensuring they have access to what is required.

  • Oversee and maintain all tree planting equipment, including shovels, saplings, and protective gear.
  • Ensure the proper functioning and cleanliness of tools and equipment.

🚛 Transport Logistics:

  • Coordinate and manage transportation logistics for the tree planting team, covering public transport expenses.
  • Ensure timely arrival and departure to and from planting sites.

💧 Hydration and Safety:

  • Distribute water to team members to ensure hydration during planting activities.
  • Enforce safety measures, including the use of high-visibility gear, to create a secure working environment.

🌍 Environmental Education:
